We are looking for regional independent consultants across Canada

• coordinate and communicate with various industry persons
• build a referral group and support those you work with
• work in a independent environment and produce results
• you will not be responsible to handle client fees or client funds in any way shape or form

1. you will receive training on the first 6 clients and ongoing support will be provided to those who meet the minimum monthly requirements. (4 new clients a month, very simple and given up to 2 months to maintain that goal)
2. there is a monthly service fee to maintain email, time tracking, work software, communications and more. The fee is $500.00 and is paid on a monthly basis, however waved each month the minimum monthly requirements are met. 
3. compensation is based on a flat rate in accordance to our fees and is equal to as much as 50% of the fee structure to be paid to Independent Consultants, additional compensation can be awarded
4. Independent Consultants will form their own company and be responsible for such things as however not limited to computers, phone, home office etc.
5. Compensation will be paid based on receipt of full payment from clients... except where financing is offered, payment is made in the form of 50% up front and 50% upon completion of each contract for the Independent Consultant
6. Initial enrollment fee is $6000.00 and will be fully refunded after 12 months of meeting requirements.

Are you ready to take on a big project and expansion of a province or territory?

You will be required to show you have the knowledge and experience to do so. 

• be the Lead Consultant of a Provincial/Territory team
• lead by example
• build a team of Independent Consultants
• experience in team building, marketing and sales
• excellent skills in various modes of communication
• self aware
• work in an independent environment and produce results
• you will not be responsible to handle client fees or client funds in any way shape or form

1. you will be purchasing 5% share in the main corporation for *$50,000 this will be a straight purchase from the main shareholder and no financing will be offered for share purchase
2. meet the requirements and commitments of a Independent Consultant 
3. in addition to the compensation for the Independent Consultant, you will also receive 7% of the fees structure for work preformed by your Provincial/Territory team paid in the same form as the Independent Consultant disbursement 
4. annual dividends will be paid out in accordance to percentage of share ownership 
5. advertising and promotion budget based on territory sales
6. attend trade shows and other forms of marketing as the advertising and promotion budget allows in your province or territory
