The ideal behind adding this evaluation package to our list of services; is so you have the opportunity to see if your family dispute matters can be worked out through our process as an individual or a couple.
Often persons in conflict can not see or understand the actual process due to the emotions involved. Ian Fitzgerald is excellent in bringing resolve to issues that one or two parties can not see themselves.
This process does not require persons to be in the same room or meet at the same time to gain resolve, if that is an issue for one party.
A maximum of 4 hours service. $899.00

Individual Flat Rate
Best Option for clients with children and/or multiple assets involved. Individual Flat Rates are designed to help lessen the burden of high cost and lengthy divorce processes. where delays often come into play.
Individual Flat Rate is $3500.00 (15 hours maximum) Finance at $2000.00 down and $500.00 for the following 3 months.
Couples Flat Rate
Best Option for couples who are agreeing to do what is fair, who have children and/or multiple assets. Couple Flat Rates are designed to help negotiate with persons individually and as a couple.
Couple Flat Rate $6500.00 (30 hours maximum) Finance at $3500.00 down and $1000.00 for the following 3 months.
Hourly Consulting
Best option for clients on limited access to funds. Work done in the hourly fee program is performed with clients present...
No surprise bills for 10's of thousands of dollars. Clients may agree not to be present, however are always welcome and encouraged.
Hourly rate is $295.00 (pay as you go, 5 hour minimum service $1475.00)
